A team is created to find new products or markets that fit an organization's specialized skills, capabilities, and resources.
Product Management
Refers to a single person responsible for overseeing all aspects of products production scheduling, inventory, distribution and sales. The product manager coordinates and expedites the products launch, manufacture, distribution and support.

There are three:

Commercial/For-Profit Project-Management
The end-item in a commercial project is a clearly defined product or service.
Government and Non-Profit Management
There is no profit incentive in government and non profit work, and economic factors.
Military Project Management
Involve testing and evaluating hardware developed by contractors.
